This is where it all begins. As the brain goes (in response to stress) so goes the rest of the body. We lay the foundation of the latest research in brain science, neuroplasticity, ACE's and its impact on development and how to build resilience by exercising Upper Brain practices.
The third course in our series, we look at how what we eat affects how well our brain performs. We are what we eat and so much more.
Our final course in our 7 part series ties all of the other courses together, showing how the number one solution to toxic stress is healthy, thriving community and where to take it from here.
In this second from last course number six, we look at the multiple mutual benefits of caring for and being in the company of our furry (and sometimes not furry!) friends.
This fifth course in our series covers the wonderful world of the Fine Arts and how participation in creative activities launches us into our Upper Brain and builds strong communal connection.
